I’ve suffered on [indicate the date of your claim]a claim that I have déclarified to you. By letter dated [indicate the date of receipt of your insurer's letter]you refuse to indemnify me because of a clause in the contract which states [indicate the clause concerned].
In my opinion, your interpretation of the said clause is erroneous.
In fact, the clause is not stated in sufficiently clear terms. They shall be interpreted in case of doubt in the sense most favorable to the consumer or non-professional [...]. ».
