General Terms of Subscription (GTA) — Lettre24+
\r\n\r\n Version of 24 November 2025\r\n Applicable to all subscription plans available at https://lettre24.com\r\n\r\nThese General Terms of Subscription (hereinafter the “GTA”) govern the terms of subscription, use and termination of Lettre24+ subscriptions offered by the ROCKET DIGITAL GROUP. They supplement the General Terms of Sale and Subscription (CGVA) applicable to individuals and professionals.\r\n\r\nBy validating the subscription, the Customer acknowledges having read the GTA and accepts them unreservedly.\r\n\r\n \r\n Article 1. Object and Description of Subscriptions
\r\n\r\nThe GTA define the conditions under which the Company makes available several subscription plans allowing access to services related to the preparation, printing, sending and tracking of postal or digital mail.\r\n\r\n The Company offers three monthly plans:\r\n\r\n• Plan “Individual” : €39.00 VAT included / month\r\n• Plan “Auto-Entrepreneur” : €44.00 VAT included / month\r\n• Plan “Company” : €49.00 excluding tax / month\r\n\r\n Each plan gives access to the following services :\r\n\r\n 1.1. Access to the Personal Space
\r\n• viewing and editing personal information ;\r\n• managing payment methods ;\r\n• complete history of mailings ;\r\n• downloading proofs and supporting documents ;\r\n• checking the status of mailings.\r\n\r\n 1.2. Postal Mail Sending Services
\r\n• online import or drafting of documents ;\r\n• professional printing ;\r\n• envelope stuffing ;\r\n• postage (standard, tracked, registered with acknowledgment of receipt) ;\r\n• drop-off with postal services.\r\n\r\n 1.3. Template Library and Drafting Assistance
\r\n• access to a variety of templates ;\r\n• use and customization of templates ;\r\n• drafting assistance tools when included.\r\n\r\n 1.4. Tracking of Mailings
\r\n• printing date ;\r\n• postal drop-off date ;\r\n• delivery history ;\r\n• any errors ;\r\n• proofs of drop-off and digital delivery receipts.\r\n\r\n 1.5. Digital Storage Service
\r\n• sent mail ;\r\n• proofs ;\r\n• archived documents.\r\n\r\n 1.6. Signature Management
\r\n Ability to register and use multiple digital signatures.\r\n\r\n 1.7. Customer Support
\r\n• telephone support ;\r\n• online chat ;\r\n• email support.\r\n\r\n 1.8. Additional Services
\r\n• adding users ;\r\n• administrative tools ;\r\n• multi-sender management ;\r\n• mail merge and automation.\r\n\r\n 1.9. Service Developments
\r\n Services may evolve. Any substantial modification is subject to prior notice.\r\n\r\n \r\n Article 2. Subscription Conditions
\r\n Subscriptions are open to adult individuals and professionals. The Customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information. The Company may suspend a subscription in case of fraud or abusive use.\r\n\r\n \r\n Article 3. Pricing, Invoicing and Payment Terms
\r\n\r\n 3.1. Subscription Amount
\r\n• Individual : €39.00 VAT included / month\r\n• Auto-Entrepreneur : €44.00 VAT included / month\r\n• Company : €49.00 excluding tax / month\r\n\r\n 3.2. Currency
\r\n All transactions are conducted in euros (€).\r\n\r\n 3.3. Frequency and Debit Dates
\r\n• debit on the subscription date, then every month on the same date ;\r\n• if the date does not exist (e.g., 31), debit on the last day of the month.\r\n\r\n 3.4. Payment Provider – PCI DSS
\r\n• PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider ;\r\n• full data encryption ;\r\n• secure token for debit ;\r\n• annual audit.\r\n\r\n 3.5. PCI DSS Compliance of the Company
\r\n• no full card data storage ;\r\n• SAQ-D validated ;\r\n• periodic ASV scans ;\r\n• internal security measures PCI-compliant.\r\n\r\n 3.6. Payment Failure
\r\n• temporary suspension ;\r\n• retrying the debit ;\r\n• termination in case of prolonged refusal.\r\n\r\n \r\n Article 4. Duration – Renewal – Termination
\r\n\r\n 4.1. Duration
\r\n Initial duration of one month.\r\n\r\n 4.2. Automatic Renewal
\r\n Automatic renewal every month.\r\n\r\n 4.3. Termination by the Customer

\r\n The Company may modify the services for technical, legal or organizational reasons.\r\n\r\n \r\n Article 6. Liability
\r\n Duty of means. No liability for interruptions to the Internet, postal services or caused by the Customer.\r\n\r\n \r\n Article 7. Personal Data
\r\n Processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Banking data is never stored.\r\n\r\n \r\n Article 8. Refund Policy
